Billing and payment
Bills, cash, card, credit, split payments, loyalty and vouchers.
Offline POS
Load-shedding, a dead router, a cable cut down the road. RestroOne's till keeps its own copy of everything, so you keep billing, printing and sending orders to the kitchen — and every bill uploads by itself when the line comes back.

Bills, cash, card, credit, split payments, loyalty and vouchers.
Receipts and kitchen dockets print straight from the till.
Waiter phones and kitchen screens stay connected to the till over your shop's Wi-Fi.
Returns, voids, edits and reprints, with manager approvals.
Open and close shifts, cash in and out, and staff clock-in.
Bills upload in sequence when the internet returns; duplicates are ignored.
Internet cuts and load-shedding are part of running a shop here. A cloud-only POS stops at exactly the wrong moment — a full Friday night, a queue at the counter. RestroOne's till app for Windows and Mac keeps your menu, prices, tables and tax on the counter computer, in an encrypted database, so the counter never waits for the connection.
Bills taken offline are kept on the till and sent up in the order they were made once the internet returns. Duplicates are ignored, so your reports are right, and if any bill is still waiting an hour after the connection comes back, the owner is told.
A few things genuinely need the internet: accepting new online orders from customers, for example. Everything that happens at the counter does not.
Yes. The till app for Windows and Mac keeps billing, taking payment, printing and running shifts with no connection. Waiter phones and kitchen screens keep working through the till over your shop's Wi-Fi.
They are kept on the till and upload in order when the internet comes back. Duplicates are ignored, so nothing is counted twice.
For full offline working — shifts, approvals and the kitchen and waiter connection — use the till app for Windows or Mac.
