Supermarket & mart POS

Supermarket POS that keeps the queue moving.

Scan, weigh, bill and move on. RestroOne gives a busy mart counter a scan-first till, keeps MRP and expiry under control, and tracks every carton from the supplier's order to the shelf — with the numbers on the owner's phone.

Built for a mart counter, not adapted from a café

Scan-first billing

A scan box and a plain item list for fast counters. Cartons and pieces each get their own barcode.

Weighed items

Sell loose goods by weight on a kg/g keypad, or scan a scale label that carries the weight and price.

Price check

Scan to see price, MRP and stock without adding the item to the bill.

MRP control

The till won't sell above MRP unless a manager approves it, and MRP prints on the receipt when it's higher than the price charged.

Shelf labels and stickers

Print labels for chosen items, a new delivery, or everything whose price changed.

Batches and expiry

Track stock by batch and expiry, see what expires soon, and write off or return expired lots.

Purchase orders and receiving

Order from suppliers on WhatsApp or paper, receive against the order and send goods back on a debit note.

Reorder suggestions

Min and max levels suggest what to reorder and draft the purchase order in one press.

Khata and loyalty

Sell on credit with limits for regular customers, and give points on every bill.

Stock you can trust, from the supplier to the shelf

Every carton that comes in is received against its purchase order, so stock and supplier balances are right from the start. Stock counts run on several phones while the counter keeps selling, transfers move goods between locations and branches, and supplier dues show what you owe this week.

  • Size and colour grids, where each combination has its own barcode, price and stock
  • Pack sizes such as a carton of 24, each with its own barcode
  • Stock counts without closing the shop
  • Supplier returns and supplier balances

FBR sales tax and Tier-1 retail

The standard FBR sales tax rate is built in, and each item can carry its own tax class. Invoice reporting to FBR — with the FBR invoice number and QR code on the receipt, and the Rs 1 POS fee — is available as an add-on, set up against your own registration.

Pick the retail features you need

RestroOne is one system with features you add to your licence. A small mart might start with barcode scanning, khata and stock; a large supermarket adds weighed items, batches and expiry, purchase orders, shelf labels and multiple branches. Nothing has to be reinstalled when you grow.

Questions

Common questions.

Ask on WhatsApp
Does RestroOne work with a barcode scanner and a weighing scale?

Yes. Any keyboard-style barcode scanner works at the till. Weighed items are sold on a kg/g keypad, or by scanning the price-embedded labels printed by your scale.

Can it stop staff selling above MRP?

Yes. The till refuses a price above MRP unless a manager approves it.

Does it track expiry dates?

Yes. Stock can be tracked by batch and expiry, the earliest expiry sells first, and the owner sees what is expiring soon.

Is it a separate retail edition?

No. It is the same RestroOne system; the retail features are added to your licence. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together the right set for your store.
